3D model description

This was designed in Fusion360 to make it easier for me to drive my RC trucks with one hand. You can position it so you can steer with your thumb. Or rotate it slightly and use your middle finger.

I designed this to fit the FlySky GT3B which has a 50mm steering wheel. I have verified it also fits well on the GT3C and the Radiolink RC4.

This file could easily be scaled up or scaled down to fit other transmitters with different sized wheels.

Designed to use a 8mm nut, and a bolt that is no larger than 4.5mm in diameter and 25mm long.

3D printing settings

3 walls or more! 5% infill should be enough. I like to use 4 bottom layers and 5 top layers to make sure the finish is good.

Requires supports. I use cura with Zig Zag supports, 4mm apart with a single wall. Use a support roof with grid pattern at 33% and seperate the support from the model by a single layer.

Photos show it printed at 0.16mm layer height. 0.12mm layer height will give a smoother look on the curves. Feel free to experiment.

Can be printed in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PVB, ABC, DEF, GHI, whatever you want....
