3D model description

G-clamp featuring six interchangeable ends to fit to a variety of surface shapes. The split cup on the ends allows them to clip on and off easily. All ends can be fitted to either side of the clamp.

Maximum clamping size: 85 mm (slightly higher with some ends)

Number of printed parts: 11
Other parts need: Glue (any super glue or epoxy resin will do)

Note: An end adaptor is needed for each concave and convex end you want to print. All other ends are single pieces.

3D printing settings

Printed in PLA on a Qidi 3D Pro
Temperature: 225 degC for the concave end. 200 degC for all other parts.
Layer Height 0.2
Infill 20%
