Bose QC25 swivel arms replacement (L+R)

Bose QC25 was once the favourite NC headphone for travelers. But its demise came with wireless convenience. Though Bose QC35 may look similar, they designed it with a slight difference so that parts are not interchangeable.
You can't find these parts to repair a perfectly working NC headphone. Now you can just print your own whenever you want and you can customize your set with the multiple colours available in your material choices.
These are not 100% directly replacement but they come close. They fit snuggly but still allow ease of movement.

Update 2023/02/14. I have been slowly modifying it to make it close to the original as possible. I found that 3D printing is not as strong as injection molding and broke many printed sets with some slight abuse usage. Anyway, I have added a reinforced version which add a tiny bulk to the arm but it is more solid. It still doesn't look bad even though it is thicker. I will try to print the regular ones in ASA to see if it will be stronger.

Resolution: highest available for your printer
Infill: 20%
Support: Yes touching build plate
Cooling: Yes
Material: PLA
Print orientation: flat outside face down

For optimal looks, post processing will require some light sanding.
