3D model description

Wasteboard from 18mm MDF customised for Snapmaker 2.0 A350. But rather than using Screw-In nuts for workpiece fixing, I used pronged T-Nuts, which will not get loose from the wasteboard. (In my case, Snapmaker screw-In nuts got loose after some time, especially with tight fixing for clamps).

Files contain the free fusion 360 file and the Luban file for laser engraving.
For CNC files, you will have to make them as they differ from one to the other based on the used material and bit used for CNC

Getting the optimum result requires:

1 - Surfacing for the top face:
Snapmaker A350 CNC tool head covered area is not enough to surface the whole wasteboard, so you will have to do it in two different setups, 1st one then remove, rotating the wasteboard 180 degrees around Z-axis and surface the balance 2 corners in a 2nd setup

2 - CNC for top face: for through holes and top recesses

3 - CNC for bottom face: for the Pronged T-Nuts groves to ensure a flat bottom surface

4- Use of Pronged Tee Nuts (T-Nuts) 45 nos
Thread sid: M4
Height 8mm
Flange Dia 14.5mm
OD: 6mm
