Purpose:

I have several Marine aquariums, & for each of them, I need to administer medication, ultra-violet sterilization, buffer etc. I ended up having 4 or 5 micro-pumps each with it's own case & power supply. This is my way of running all my pumps from the one single power supply, whilst having them neatly stacked next to each other.

Parts List:

  1. Two 5mm x 10mm compression spring for Slider Lock.
  2. Four M3 x 22 bolt for top & bottom rear base attachments.
  3. Two M3 x 12b Bolt for Cu strip connection to Base.
  4. One M3 x 10 Bolt for attacking Knob to Lid.
  5. Two M3 x 20 Bolt for attaching Pump to Pump Holder with Four Washers.
  6. 750mm Transparent Reusable Nano Magic Double Sided Tape to attach copper strips to rear of Base.
  7. Two M4 x 20 Bolt for attaching Slider Lock
  8. Twenty Two M3 x 10 for attaching Rails to Wallplate.
  9. Four M3 x 10 Bolt for bringing power to Copper Strips.
  10. Two 5.5 x 2.5 Sockets for each end of Wallplate.
  11. One 6V DC Pump with necessary tubing.
  12. Four M3 x 10 Bolt for attaching wires from the DC socket to the rails( top rail should be +ve).

Instructions:

Print out all the parts, (with supports only for the longer wall plate)

First mount the Copper strips as shown ( 20mm for Base, & 10mm for Wallplate Attachments ).

When you have printed the two wall plate sections & rails, run a length of Nano tape over the rails (this tape ensures some springiness to the copper strip, ensuring there is always contact betwen the copper rails & the copper strips on the back of the Base), then attach the 10mm copper strips (leaving 5mm at each power section to connect the dc socket to each of the rails) & then place the tops on to conceal the wiring.
