3D model description

I did like the orginal Vise from "The Goofy" very much, but I could not print the Threads good enough. The Nut would not insert into the Rod.
This is why I had some Metal Parts included instead. Now it works like a charm

Parts

  • 2 M12 Nuts
  • 2 M12 Rod with 102 mm of length
  • 2 Main Gears(2)
  • 1 Sliding Jaw(2)
  • The Remaining parts from the original Vise: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2064269

Instructions

  • Print the Parts
  • Cut the Threads
  • Form a nice Thread into the new Sliding Jaw. Make sure to get a perfect 90deg angle ( I used a Drill rig)
  • Glue and insert the Rods into the Sliding Jaw
  • Insert the Nuts into Main Gear
  • Assemble rest of the Vise from the original instructions.

Happy Tooling!
