Edit 24/1/2022: Added a new v4 version of the frame which is a bit less bulky on the sides. Should look as a better fit to the tubular frames of the HVAC Tunnels. If it's not included in the zip-file, check Object Parts tab.
This is a more open door & set of door inserts for Dragon's Rest HVAC kit (https://dragons.rest/collections/sci-fi/products/hvac-tunnels) to replace the closed circular doors. As I'm printing my HVAC in tiny 80% scale I wanted to improve playability so I could place minis inside the door square more easily. Completely modeled from scratch by myself in Blender. I have just matched the dimensions and aesthetics of Dragon's Rest HVAC Tunnel Kit parts.

The bottom fits 25mm bases in 100% scale. For 32mm you should print both the HVAC and door in 135% size. The door and frame will print upright even without supports, but you can support the outer edges if you like, depending on printer. If you want a tighter fit on the HVAC Tunnels you can print one percent larger or more, depending on your printer and settings - or add some x/y expansion.
I have printed mine in 80% scale and with 0.1mm layers (door frame had 0.07mm on top, painted in Prusaslicer adaptive option).
