3D model description

This is a replacement crevice tool for the Henry vacuum cleaner. It is intended to be used with the connector pipe that fits inside it and the end of the hose fitting. There is a long version but it may be outside the capabilities of a standard printer.

Update: I really didn't expect this to be of interest, hence the silly text. I also had a complaint from 'er indoors that the rake was not enough, so a Mk2 version is now uploaded. This has a more discreet logo and a 30 degree rake. Comments and tweak requests are welcome.

3D printing settings

I used PETg for this, fo no other reason than it was loaded. The first print was done vertically, but due to my Micro Swiss conversion, it ran out of height and jammed on the top gantry! I did the next one horizontally, with supports but of course, that impacts print quality.

After printing, warm it up gently with a heat gun and fit it to the male part. This will make it form a perfect taper fit, but don't overheat it!
