3D model description

This time front and rear lights for Traxxas Revo 3.3. Fixed under the bumper brackets. The lighting can be made in two versions: rigid - we print everything from PLA, ABS, PET-G, and flexible - the central part is printed with a smaller diameter from TPU (attached file), and the rest from rigid plastic. In the case of PLA, ABS, PET-G, the mounting holes should be threaded with an M3 tap. In both cases, the original screws should be replaced with longer ones. After embedding and soldering the LEDs, pour silicone over the whole thing (do not use hot glue). I used Cx80 syllicx rtv (self-leveling silicone). The covers to the central part should be screwed with two small screws. The power supply of this module should be led from the receiver from a free channel or through a "Y" type splitter. Voltage range 4.8v - 8.4v.
The diode holes have a diameter of 8mm. The housing has been drawn under the leds from the attached photo. This lighting should also fit other traxxas models with mounting / bumper numbers 5314 / 5335A, (front), 5314 / 5336A (rear), ie E-Revo, Revo and Summit. The Slayer probably does the job too, but there's a different bumper there. This lighting is similar to the lighting available on eBay.

part supports: yes only covers

If your printer has the ability to print from TPU, it is worth printing the middle part in this material - it will be resistant to damage.
