Tactical/powerful crossbow

This crossbow is a design inspired by the series "The Walking Dead".

I designed it on Solidworks 2021 software and sliced it on Ultimaker Cura.

Its positives:

• very versatile

• can be modified into a crossbow pistol (without the cross)

• not dangerous (simple but robust mechanism, aluminum tube inserted in the front of the crossbow because the most important force is at the bow, has a safety catch to not shoot an arrow without wanting to...)

• easy to mount/dismount

• comfortable (ergonomic handle, cross which perfectly welcomes the shoulder, cheek rest at the right height to aim ...)

• modifiable (several sights can be nested on the crossbow because there is a rail. I will design several different ones, look on my profile to get them)

• ...

The bow that is installed on the crossbow is a bow ordered from the hattila website (this one: https://www.hattila.com/fr/arcs-d-arbalete/196-arc-en-metal-de-remplacement-pour-arbalete-50-livres.html). I have attached a rubber band for arrow propulsion but it's up to you to put what you think is most appropriate. The crossbow can accommodate all types of bows.
