3D model description

Model of a pneumatic assistance for orthur laser, can be used on fixed or variable focus laser head.

With this model, you keep the access to the lens for its cleaning as well as the adjustment of its focal length.

To equip it, you will need:

  • a nozzle for 3D printer

  • some tubing (6mm outside diameter, 4mm inside diameter)

  • 8 clamps type colson, rizlan etc... Length: 180mm; Width: 4mm (four for holding along the laser head and four others to be modified for fixing the first four)

  • Cyanolate glue for modification of the clamps (see photos).

The hose is composed of two kinds of links, one to receive the nozzle and an intermediate allowing you to create a hose of the length you want.

The parts of the flexible are to be printed in "Vase" mode remembering NOT to put layers below AND above, this to have a part with a hole through each side.

I printed all the parts with a layer height of 0.28 , this is so that the ridges produced during the 3d printing give me some resistance between the links.

The air valve visible on the photos was recovered from an aquarium pump.

The hose is made up of two kinds of links, one to receive the nozzle and an intermediate allowing you to create a hose of the length you want.

The flexible parts are to be printed in "Vase" mode, remembering NOT to put lower AND upper layers; this in order to have a piece with a through hole on each side.

I printed all the parts with a layer height of 0.28 , this so that the streaks produced during the 3d printing give me some resistance between the links.

The air valve visible in the photos was recovered from an aquarium pump.
