3D model description

My attempt of an SMG kit for the AAP-01. It was desinged to take the standard AA stock and integrates a muzzle attachment as stabilizing part. All fronts were desinged to take the Acetech Blaster or a similar other attachment up to 32mm diameter.
It consists of several parts and you can choose the one you like best and combine them. For the front there are currently 2 versions available:
V1 fits for the well known "Vector grip" and V2 fits the alternative front grip which is also included here.

  • Upper sleeve gets fixed by 2x M3x6
  • Front gets fixed by 1x M3x6 (8) from below
  • Cocking handle needs a short M5
  • Magwell to rail needs 1x M5x25 plus 1x M5 nut
  • Magwell to Magwell bar needs 1x M3x6 plus 1x M3 nut
  • Magwell bar to front grip needs 1x M5x20 (25) plus M5 nut
  • Front grip to rail needs 1x M5x20 (25) plus M5 nut

Edit 21.01.22: As a little bonus I added a Pistol version of the kit including new upper sleeve, new front and new charging handle design. Iron sights still can be used, Rear sight stays in place, frontsight moves onto the front rail (it's a little higher than normal because of the Blaster underneath).
Edit 20.03.22: Wrong model for pistol upper was added - fixed ;-)

3D printing settings

I recommend using PETG with 20 - 40% infill, 0.1-0.16 layer height. Print orientation has to be checked for every part separately - I created them that in some cases support to the bed is necessary (e.g. front rail), other parts can be printed without support.
In most cases it makes sense to use a brim.
