For those situations when you want to hang something from somewhere. The upper hook has a sort of wrench system that keeps the hook tight itself to the main support. This way you can hang and take stuff off the hook with no fear to unhang the hook itself. The upper hook can stand with diameters form 6 to 23 mm.
