Arrma Typhon 6s Active front wing with led lights

This is an active front wing for the ARRMA TYPHON 6s to improve front airflow for achieving higher top speeds and more front downforce. It is possible to set the angle of the front flaps with mini servo motors from a dedicated channel on your transmitter to achieve the best desired handling characteristics.
You can mount 3mm LEDs as a light packet connected from an arduino pro mini in this wing kit.

As a bonus for this purchase you receive a new Arrma Limitless inspired 3d printable rear diffuser and new side walls for your Typhon 6S.
The rear diffuser is compatible with:
Arrma Typhon V4 SWB
Arrma Typhon V5 SWB
Arrma Typhon LWB or Kraton V5.
Kraton EXB (long wheelbase) version is planned to be designed and released also.

I used 100% infill at all parts.

For maximized airflow and visual results sanding and painting is recommended.

Two servo motors placed in the wing have to be modified to work correctly. In those servos the polarity of the potentiometer has to be inverted so it moves mirrored relative to its pair. A servo normal. B servo inverted. C servo normal. D servo inverted. Video coming soon where I will explain the assembly process in more detail.

The 94mm flaps are for tight fitment they may cause rubbing on the side but the air flow is more isolated.
With 92mm flaps you can add shims to achieve smoother movement. This may cause less efficient airflow.
