3D model description

Here is the very beginning of my printable jaw replacements collection for various Craftsman Sears vises I have. I promise I will come back and add more jaws as I come across more vise models for me to test on. I will also add more jaws with texture when I get to it.

Vises I have made replacement jaws for:

506-51800 Swivel Anvil Vise 3.5in

506-51811 Swivel Anvil Vise 5in

Models are created with the latest free version of Google’s Sketchup software.

The original Sketchup file is included with the downloadable STL file for your derivations.

All models have been tested for functionality. The gcode is generated using Cura and then printed on Inventapart’s RigidBot Big.

Please notify me if the STL file does not work with your setup or if the object fails at its intended function.

Any constructive criticism is welcomed. I always seek to improve my models and will update projects when improvements are made.

3D printing settings

These are perfect for non-marring applications. When one breaks, simply print another.

I have made one jaw for the original screws and hardware and another for a more the modern hex/allen bolt.

You will have to decide if you want to use the original/existing screws for the jaws or go out and get new screws.
