3D model description

The origin of the spinning top is uncertain even though its existence has been known since 4000 BC, since some specimens, made with clay, were found on the banks of the Euphrates River. There are traces of dreidels in old paintings and in some literary texts that mention the toy / game. It is also cited in the texts of Cato the Elder, politician and Roman historian. In addition, the top appears in the writings of Virgílio, standing out in his work Eneida (1st century BC). Likewise, tops have been found belonging to the Roman civilization. In the British Museum, the oldest spinning top in the world, found in Thebes, dating from 1250 BC is preserved.
