3D model description

my original thought was to print this in PLA as a trial and error for the tight fitness and mechanical correctness and then finally to print it in resin to get benefit from the strength of the material. BUT the final trial version works really well and i've been using it for a month now, and it doesn't show any sign of wear and tear.

i've added extra 60 degrees support at each side of the hinge to have more support to the hinge cap, as my original hinge was broken at this particular area.

i've printed it as it is, no re-orientation needed. the settings is as per below.

if there is enough interest on how to design this, on how many iterations needed, how many trial error, i can share it here, just leave some comments to show that you are interested. thanks.
