3D model description

Holds 8 standard 1/4" hex shank driver bits into the dovetail slots in Dewalt ToughCase slots. This was difficult to model due to the dual draft dovetail, but after printing on my printer they perfectly fit my Bosch drivers in a medium dewalt case.

3D printing settings

These settings are my preference, but they leave the walls of the insert flexible. Add infill and thicker walls to suit your liking, and adjust your line width to adjust the fit between the bit holder and case/drivers. These dimensions are very tight, so some tinkering may be required.

0.2mm layers
PLA (Inland)
0% infill (but 10 percent recommended at minimum for solid walls)
60C bed/200C nozzle
50-65mm/sec feed
40mm line width
