3D model description

Organizers for Gizmos board game. All organizers fit the game box very well. The set provides quick setup and comfort during the play. Theme ornaments highlight the atmosphere of the game.
The set contains: marble dispenser, card tray and other item organizer.
01: MARBLE DISPENSER: Marble dispenser consists of 2 pieces, each 73mm high - so they fit the game box. The top cylinder is attached to the bottom one by a simple screw. Both elements are decorated with theme reliefs. Marbles are directed by a spiral path to the outside ramp. The cylinder is 110mm wide, so there's enough space for a hand to draw a marble blindly. Still marbles are well hidden and you don't see which color you take. The outside ramp is the same length as the one in the dispenser that goes with the board game - so you see as many marbles as there. Side walls of the ramp are high enough to prevent marbles from falling out and also short enough to make marble pick up easy. The slope of the ramp is thoroughly designed, so marbles roll smoothly but not too fast - so they won't fall out. There are protruding elements in each part that indicate the right start position to assemble top and bottom cylinders - so the reliefs match.
02. CARD TRAY: The tray for 3 decks for each card level: I, II and III. Sloped bottom and indentations provide comfortable access to cards.
03. OTHER ITEM ORGANIZER: All other game items are organized here: player dashboards, energy rings and VP tokens, value 1 and 5 separately. It is 233 mm long, so dashboards can fit. [Be sure your printer bed is long enough.] VP tokens are kept in sections with rounded bottom, so item draw is very comfortable.

3D printing settings

Organizers were 3Dprinted on Prusa MK3:
- in PLA (F3D Gold pearl / Blue pearl),
- 0.15mm layer height,
- no support is needed,
- infill 15% rectilinear - top cylinder,
- infill 10% rectilinear - the rest items.

Printing Time:
01.top: 8h19’
01.bottom: 14h34’
02: 4h34'
03: 9h15’

Note1: Other item organizer requires printer bed's area at least 233mm long (+ skirt).
Note2: Top cylinder should be placed upside down (on top face) on the bed plate (before generating gcode) to avoid supports.
Note3: Usually I use slightly changed 0.15mm SPEED MK3 default print settings, but to achieve better reliefs on circular dispenser walls I've chosen 0.15mm QUALITY MK3 print settings. Thus specified here printing time is about 17% longer than it would be with SPEED settings.
Note4: I used 0.2mm layer height for card tray. Printing time with 0.15mm layer height would be 6h.
