3D model description

An original planter that is modular, self-watering, and with air pruning design for better growth of the roots. There are endless combinations for assembly. Let's grow something. Have fun.

Trinity planters can be built in the towers, in the double towers, or in groups of planters. It is designed to stand or to hang with features of self watering and air pruning. It has multiple inner pots for the optional distribution of plants.

It is designed especially for FDM 3D printing with printable angles, and corners. The main planter needs to be watertight with resin coating but it depends on the printed material, thickness, and perimeters of the wall.

3D printing settings

  • Printed in PETG

  • For the same perforated look of the legs use only infill (triangles) with 50%

  • Main pot and inner pots are printed at 0,3 layer height for time savings. Probably you need to use epoxy coating from the inside. Test it before use.

  • For the watertight surface of the main POT without epoxy use at least 6 perimeters for the walls and lower layer height to 0,15 (thickness is 2mm) Test it before use.

  • Other parts are printed at 0,2 layer hight
