3D model description

3D Printable Fan Shroud for the popular Supermicro SC846 server chassis to use 120mm fans instead of the stock 80mm fans.

Printed in two parts so it can be printed on most printers (large part dimensions are 242mm x 138mm, so it will print on PRUSA printers).

Assembles using the original screws.

You may want to ream or tap the case-side holes as appropriate. They are slightly undersized to allow for tapping or slight enlargement.

The other screw holes should have enough tolerance without needing post processing.

Print face down to avoid needing any supports.

Install the shroud first, screwing down the 4 bottom screws, 2 left and 2 right screws, then install the 3 case fans..

Update - Providing a new iteration that is printable on smaller printers - including the Prusa MK3 and Ender series.
