3D model description

This is a remix of my compact dual 4010 duct assembly for the Hypercube Evolution. My third version which includes:

1.Improved & reduced size ducts.
2.Reduced mass to mounting bracket.
3.Additional extended Ducts, BL Touch Mount & WM cable grip for a Volcano Hot End.

Original Features:

1.The overall width of this things is only 6 mm wider than the original Scott3d assembly so therefore should not offset too much build volume. The position of the X endstop adds to this making an overall reduction of approximately 10mm
3.The fan ducts are based generally on my recent Hydra Duct design.
4.The offsets for the BLTouch are x= 22 y= -37. There are two brackets, one allows for use with the provided springs.
5.This can be used in conjunction with my revised XY Joiners at this link:

6.The other components required can be found at the original thing here:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4222420
I have included a step file if anyone wants to use this has a base for their own design.
Printed in Amazon Basics Red PETG on and Ender 3 Pro.
M3 thermal inserts used:

Useful Accessories:

I remixed this great thing by kulfuerst with a scallop in the right hand side to allow more clearance for the heater cables in some of my compact 4010 fan duct designs. I also included an additional amount of material to the top edge of the duct to provide some additional strength when clipping. It may be better to attach the fan prior to clipping to the heatsink has the fan fixings will reinforce the part
I have found the additional clip enhancements for the Dragon provides improved grip to the V6 heat sink. I have not yet tested sufficiently to comment on the longevity of the part but if the fan is doing its job printing in PETG or stronger should be sufficient.
Its not totally necessary but does help stop the RH duct being pushed out asymmetrically

Printing:

1.All parts do not require additional support although in 2 things, the BL Touch mounts and the main Duct Base I have for ease integrated some built in support which will need removing when printed (see uploaded images).
2.The ducts are printed at 45 degrees. You may require a raft to provided additional stability dependent on settings ( all my prototypes printed fine without a brim or raft).
3.Printed @ 0.2 layer height @ 30mms with Amazon Basics Red & Black PETG.
