3D model description

Suzuki Part Number 83940-86G00. It will also fit some versions of the Subaru Justy (circa 2004) and Chevrolet Cruze (2001-2008).

It is a known part to break and cause grief. This is an enhanced, 3-piece version.

Printed in PETG, it will last for a very long time. I do not recommend ABS because the sun will gradually degrade it and PLA will not withstand the summer heat.

The assembly requires:
- Four 20-30 mm M4 screws and locking nuts.
- Four 35 mm M6 screws and 4 nuts.

3D printing settings

PETG highly recommended as it is practically immune to sunlight. If you choose ABS or Polycarbonate, you'll need to paint it to protect it in the long run, or the print will harden and break after a few years.

I recommend at least four 0.4 mm walls and an infill of 20%.
