3D model description

This is an alternative extruder for craftbot. This extruder is a Dual Gear, better then original.
The cooling system has also been improved, the fan that cools the filament is a turbine fan.
I have printed all in PLA but ABS is better.

With this project you will have a much better cooling of the extruded filament and a much more effective dragging of the filament (no more clog). Using this hotend, I can print PLA at lower (180 Β° C) and uniform temperatures, as the nozzle and the heating block are a single piece.

The only negative is that you will have to reduce the useful printing area to 240 (X) * 180 (Y) * 200 (Z)

The material you need to buy is:
1- Dual Gear extruder https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07PGP3FPK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
2 - Teflon tube https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07JDWDRV4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
3 - Hotend https://www.ebay.it/itm/Assembled-Peek-J-head-hotend-for-bowden-extruder-RepRap-Prusa-Mendel-3d-printer/271466218447?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=570315511089&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
4 - Fan 5015 https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B01N9ZMRUR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It is necessary change back of the extruder with one printed, for 2 reasons: first is this part is designed to fit with this hotend and is optimized to be mounted on Craftbot extruder motor holder and the second is designed for mount filament fan

At start of all your gcode, you must input this two strings:
M5001 X9.01 E2.5954 Z2.0
M1202 X240 Y180

One is for reducing print area (M1202 X240 Y180) (remember to print Endostop_Y, for reduce Y axis race)
With other string (M5001 X9.01 E2.5954 Z2.0), you set the correct step for the motor extruder (E2.5954)

Project discusiion is on CraftBot forum https://craftbot.com/forums/view-thread/4314

Let me know if you need further informations.
Have a nice prints!
