Test de cube 20X20mm

• Testez le calibrage de votre imprimante 3D avec ce cube de test.

Infos:

Pour un test parfait, la face du cube sans inscription doit être votre première couche d’impression.

Le X et Y doivent corresponde à l’ordre de vos axes et le Z sera la face du dessus... Après l’impression afin d’éviter toute déformation du cube, il est important de laisser le cube se refroidir et passer à température ambiante sur le plateau avant de le décoller.

Observez les différents faces et lettrages. Les lettrages doivent être parfait et sans déformations ni bavures. Mesurez les faces X Y Z avec un pied à coulisse le cube doit être proche 20X20 mm avec une tolérance +/- 0.5 (à vous de voir ce que vous acceptez en tolérance). Voir Photo

Si vous constatez une différence de mesure sur une des faces (ou plusieurs). Le X/Y ou Z du cube vous donne une indication de l’axe à corriger...
