  • Testez le calibrage de votre imprimante 3D avec ce cube de test.

Infos:

Pour un test parfait, la face du cube sans inscription doit ĂȘtre votre premiĂšre couche d’impression.

Le X et Y doivent corresponde Ă  l’ordre de vos axes et le Z sera la face du dessus... AprĂšs l’impression afin d’éviter toute dĂ©formation du cube, il est important de laisser le cube se refroidir et passer Ă  tempĂ©rature ambiante sur le plateau avant de le dĂ©coller.

Observez les diffĂ©rents faces et lettrages. Les lettrages doivent ĂȘtre parfait et sans dĂ©formations ni bavures. Mesurez les faces X Y Z avec un pied Ă  coulisse le cube doit ĂȘtre proche 20X20 mm avec une tolĂ©rance +/- 0.5 (Ă  vous de voir ce que vous acceptez en tolĂ©rance). Voir Photo

Si vous constatez une diffĂ©rence de mesure sur une des faces (ou plusieurs). Le X/Y ou Z du cube vous donne une indication de l’axe Ă  corriger...

For a perfect test, the unmarked side of the cube should be your first print layer.

The X and Y must correspond to the order of your axes and the Z will be the top face... After printing in order to avoid any deformation of the cube, it is important to let the cube cool down and come to temperature ambient on the board before peeling it off.

Observe the different faces and lettering. The lettering must be perfect and without deformations or burrs. Measure the X Y Z faces with a caliper the cube must be close to 20X20 mm with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 (it's up to you to see what tolerance you accept). To see the photo
