I have designed this drill bit sharpener dedicating many hours and material in its design until I got something useful. I really made it for myself, since I didn't find anything similar on the net. In total I have designed 23 pieces that make up the set.

I recommend buying an allen bolt and nut kit box that comes with multiple sizes, as it takes quite a few bolts and nuts which I detail below:

  • 2 M3x8 screws

  • 14 Screws M4x16

  • 3 Screws M4x20

  • 4 Screws M5x40

  • 2 Nuts M3

  • 13 M4 nuts

  • 4 Nuts M5

  • 6 Washers M4

  • Some thread (nylon is better)

3D printing settings

For the drill chuck and small parts I put 40% filler, for the rest I used 20%.
