3D model description

Here is the extension of the hand guard I made for my G&G Rush. Printed in PLA (Don't be shy about using other materials! I only had black pla at this time.). It holds with 3 identified brackets (A-B-C) screwed on the original handguard with M3x12 screws.
Silencer on the pictures :

Assembly:

  1. Printed all parts and test the brackets in the original handguard to see if it fits well below the picatinny rails. Otherwise, sand the sides.

  2. Screw the brackets onto the extension while respecting the letters (A with A).
NOTE: The faces with the letters stamped on the brackets, are facing the outside of the model to ensure that the screw turns the right way when you screw them together.

  3. When everything is in place and adjusted, insert the brackets into the original hand guard.
and slide the extension just at the edge of the original handguard. Using a drill, drill a large hole for an M3 screw through the original handguard and the brackets.
NOTE: When you are going to keep the extension stick to the original hand guard so that it is even and straight.

NOT FOR RESALE******PERSONAL USE ONLY

And There you go!

enjoy!
