3D model description

I have broken this parts in the past so I decided to create a replacement for the future.
These clamp the wheels to the bodywork with screw holes as per original.
In the photos, the originals are on the right hand side.
To produce both left and right hand versions you will need to mirror the clamp in Cura.
I found printing this as per picture with support touching buildplate for best quality and strength.

ps. sorry to have to charge for this but they took a lot of designs and redesigns to get these right as not as straight forward as they look.

3D printing settings

I used normal PLA at 200/60c. 80 per cent infil but you may wish to increase or descrease as you see fit.
Mirror in Cura to get left and right sides.
Printed at 45mms with 40% fan for strength.
