The Bloodpact Fiend
Masters of The Arcane Arts or at least the school of conjuration seek to summon great outsiders from far reaches of existence. Some wizards dare to conjure entities from the infinite abyss. Some warlocks are foolish enough to make pacts with such entities.
Unlucky warlocks find themselves in contact with a Bloodpact Fiend, a demon that desires bloodshed without end. Their price for power is the still beating heart of the prospective warlock.
Wizards that manage to conjure such a creature and can maintain some semblance of control have summoned a powerful ally... as long as they have living creatures to rip and tear into, they won't turn on their summoner.
