3D model description

[Update - 26/06/2020]
- Project has been abandoned. A new version using magnetic rods is in the works.
- F3D Source File is now available. Warning: It is pretty useless as I made it when I was
terrible in using CAD software.

[Update - 29/01/2019]
- Added custom version of grandysims' "Vortex Fan Shroud for PLA V3"
- Due to a request, I added E3D v5 version (25mm hole - v6 is 23mm wide)
- Due to another request, I added the STEP files for both the E3D v5 and v6 version.
- Added reference picture on how to mount the ABL metal plate when using the E3D v6

=== Notice ===
- You may only use 2 instead of 4 screws when securing the radiator, that is enough lol.

[Update - 03/01/2019]
- Removed old design as it's obsolete
- Small dimension fixes
- New render

[Update - 18/12/2018]
- Adopted to SgaboLab's design for more stablity
- Resized hotend hole to fit E3D v6 hotend

[Update - 25/11/2018]
- Finally stopping the screw from crushing the part.

[Update - 23/11/2018]
- Fixed some dimensions again

[Update - 22/11/2018]

  • Fixed some dimensions.
  • Added two extra holes if you want to add an offset to the ABL magnet plate (for using an E3D v6 heater block)

This effector was made so you don't have to use the quite bad "copper spacers" that Anycubic provides with the printer.

The distance between the rods was set to 51mm instead of 43mm.
You can combine this with the 51mm version of the Anycubic Carriages by theinternal [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2281894]

Have fun! ^^
