TENSIONER BOX
I re-modeled the tensioner box in Fusion360 to have a better and smooth mesh.

TENSIONER PIN
I don't like original design because I found it's faulty when I printed the "threading ribs"

Then I made several tests to find the right interference between screw and thread.
I found that for an M3 screw, the best is 2.7 mm. This diameter has to be adjusted in the sketch named interference in Fusion360 file.
The file is scaled 100%. If you have to increase the scale in the slicer, you should decrease the interference diameter in order to keep more or less the right interference once printed.

Then I tested that interference is enough to bear some weight.
Up to two kilograms are ok!
