3D model description

I bought a cheap 1610 engraver (the LinkSprite, but honestly, I think they are all the same). It had some wing nuts for clamps but it was hard to get things to hold still on the bed. Print 4 of these and use the wing nuts to secure to the bed.

Unlike some of these, there is no T track, because the T-head bolt comes in from underneath. There is also a washer and I couldn't decide if it should go on the top or bottom of the part.

You want this fairly strong so 25% infill minimum. Layer height is no big deal. No support needed.

Although the bases tighten down nicely into the bed the jaws do not grip well. You may have to experiment with putting some material on the jaws or printing with harder plastic than PLA. Also, the wide base is good for clearance of the wing nuts but bad for eating up bed space.

It is probably obvious, but you can rotate these 90 degrees as you secure then. So you can use one on each side of the workpiece.

These would probably work better if they were stops on one side and somehow spring loaded on the other.

I did the original in Tinkercad, but I went back and did it again in OpenSCAD so I could put it into customizer so you can adjust for your needs.
