Anet A6 Frame Brace/Stiffening System

Anet A6 frame stiffening system. This stiffener will mount your printer to a 20"x20" or larger flat surface. I used a nice thick slab of 1-1/8" MDF veneer, sitting on 4 rubber feet. You will need four 3 x 20mm bolts, and 4 pieces of 5/16 threaded rod. Two pieces at 18" and two at 16.5". All of the parts print with very little support when printed on their sides, but be careful. I cracked one of my bases with a mounting screw. Probably stronger printed flat. Also, remember PLA and acrylic are very brittle. Be very careful/gentle tightening everything. Don't crack your frame! The A6 already has a great frame, better than the a8. The point of this upgrade is to pull the whole thing down tight and increase mass. This should help with printing at speed and allow the frame to absorb larger jerk and accelerations.
