For mounting,

The letters print separately and are glued together.

I glue (with hot glue) the round 12V DC connector in the hole provided on the back (see photo)

The LED ribbon is glued to the inner walls (see photo).

A 2cm x 2cm hole is provided between each letter to allow the led ribbon to pass through easily.

Tolerance between white and colored parts is 0.2mm.

Smoothing recommended for a better finish

I prefer to use white PETG for the center, it's a little more translucent than pla.

For the white covers, 4 solid layers and 2 walls with a layer width of 0.5
