WPL C14 Rear Roll Bar

This is a custom rear roll bar that I made for my WPL C14 using Fusion 360. This roll bar is made to mount to the original C14 flat bed. You will have to add two additional holes to the rear of the bed to secure the rear bars.

The design is made to be assembled using 2mm x 6mm screws.
Use a 2mm drill bit to clean all the holes for easier assembly.

The rear bars can be a pain to print with the cross bar attached, so i provide a .stl file for each rear bar and the cross bar so you can print all the bars on their own, then use the jig to epoxy the cross bar to the rear bars with the roll bar assembled.

File Description:

rear-bars-complete.stl - This file has the passenger side roll bar, drivers side roll bar & X bar all in one so you can attempt to print it in one piece.

X bar.stl - This is just the cross bar on its own

Drivers Roll Bar.stl - This is just the drivers side rear bar

Pass Roll Bar.stl - This is just the passenger side rear bar

Main Hoop - This is the main hoop that goes behind the cab of the truck.

Main Hoop no-tabs.stl - This is the same main hoop, just without tabs for a light bar.

Jig.stl - a 3D printable Jig you can use to mount all the bars in place and epoxy the cross bar. Jig can also be used to help locate the 2 holes that need to be drilled in the bed.
