3D model description

Hi! Here is my next project. AT-02 is 40mm under-barrel grenade launcher, with left side self-opening barrel. It uses standard 40mm airsoft grenades. Launcher is for mounting on standard RIS rail on rifle.

Metal parts for assembly:

Screws:
- 4 x M6 x 50mm with nuts
- M6 x 70mm with nut
- 2 x M4 x 8mm with nuts

Springs: (number of springs x ID;OD;L):
- 6,4 x 8 x 50mm
- 6 x 7,4 x 7mm
- 6 x 7,4 x 15mm ( I used 7,6 x 9,2 x 15mm)
- 2x pen spring x 10mm (max OD is 5mm)

Other:
- M6 screw pad
- 4 x 15mm pin for trigger (It can be printed too but I used metal one, this pin is not in STL files)

Tools:
- Standard handtools
- 6mm drill or reamer for pin holes

You get all STL files and PDF instruction for assembly.

Printer bed should have 210x210x210mm. Longest part is barrel, 210mm long but you can make it shorter, just set It in slicer properly, as you need.

Barrel inner diameter is 41mm, Launcher should be used only with Greengas shells

Standalone chassis is not included in files!
