pet feeder

Created this for my pets, tested it for about 5 months before uploading.
works best with a 5gl bucket, you cut a hole at bottom of bucket using 3d printed inner ring as a measurement guide, get 4 small bolts, nuts, and washers. attach as seen in photos, or to your best ability. bucket may need to be attached to a fence pole or other structure to help prevent tip over.

february 1rst to june 30th, 5gl pet food time frame test results:

LARGE dog feed= lasted 14 to 17 days for large dog. tested on labrador mix, outdoor, all of february through march.

SMALL dog feed= lasted atleast 30 days, tested on cat, then small dog, indoor. all of april through june.

results may vary on pets appetite, type of pet, pets size, indoor or outdoor pet, summer or winter tempuratures.

-Note that you will need a xl bowl for food to flow into. i suggest cutting a 3 inch bottom of a 5gl bucket, thats what i did.
-Also Note that you may also use it on a 7gl bucket or other tall bucket depending on th bottom dimension of bucket.
-Note, as any other feeder or bowl, check regularly for ants or other bugs that may get to the food. love your pets.

print with standard settings and pla on ender 3.
-scale 100%
-layer height standard 0.2mm
-line width standard 0.4mm
-heat bed 60.
-nozzle 210.
-print speed 75mms.
-infill 20%
-no supports.
-no brim or skirt.
PRINT TIME 34 HOURS OR SO.

HOWEVER, for a larger and faster print, i used:
-110% scale
-4mm nozzle
-layer heights 0.32mm
-line widths 0.5mm
-infill 20%
-bed 60 degrees.
-nozzle 210 degrees.
PRINT TIME 23 HOURS.
