M5 Bolt to M6 Bolt, 2 Holes to 3 Holes Folding Bike Carrier Block Rack Mount Design. Adapter for use with accessory for Dahon; Tern; JAVA; Fnhon; Crius.

It is also an extender to position your accessory at a more forward position, allowing more clearance with the folding bicycle mechanism.

Added a hollow out version for testing, if you don't want to print too too materials.

3D printing settings

  • infill 70%
  • PLA

Please note that I do not know the maximum load limit for this. I recommend trying out your load out carefully before putting heavier loads onto this adapter. This is not a detail print as I can only export low detail stl files. I recommend printing infill at 70% or above. Feel free to let me know if there’s any issue or you have any suggestion.
