Description

A base for Hotwheels Ford RS200 Team Transport set, it should work with only work with any set that share the same van and trailer. Hopefully more sets will come with this setup in the future.

The display base is separated into 3 parts, name plate, the base and the back plate.

"BoxBackAssem" Variants

There are 4 variants of "BoxBackAssem" in this, the one in my pictures are "BoxBackAssem". The difference for each "BoxBackAssem are:

###BoxBackAssem:
"FIA WRC" logo on the left side is slightly editted to make it easier to print the "Championship" letterings with 0.4mm nozzle.

###BoxBackAssemV2:
"FIA WRC" logo on the left side has been moved slightly more to the left, the van is a little too close to the edge of the "FIA WRC" logo. Also share the same slightly editted "FIA WRC" logo like in "BoxBackAssem".

###BoxBackAssemOriginal:
Similar to "BoxBackAssem" but the "FIA WRC" logo is in its original form. The "FIA WRC" logo will require 0.2mm nozzle to print out the "Championship" letters.

###BoxBackAssemV2Original:
Similar to "BoxBackAssemV2" but the "FIA WRC" logo is in its original form. The "FIA WRC" logo will require 0.2mm nozzle to print out the "Championship" letters.

Print Settings

Nozzle size = 0.4 mm (minimum, smaller better)
Layer height = 0.2 mm

Filament change layer for colours on backplate:

2) Layer 24 ("Ford" lettering and oval ring on Ford logo, mine is white)
3) Layer 29 ("FIA World Rally Championship" lettering, mine is silver)

Filament change layer for colours on name plate:
1) Layer 6 (Ford logo background and "RS200" logo colours, mine is blue)
2) Layer 11 ("Ford" lettering, outer ring on Ford logo and "Race Team" lettering, mine is white)

Colours

Colours of all other items is your choice.

Assembly

The car is tied with metal wire through the display base holes, the wire will need to be slide between the wheels and the metal body.

The Ford RS200 is tied by wires through the trailer as shown in one of the pictures above.

Back plate should slide in nicely into the display base. The name plate might need some trimming to the side to fit into the box.

Others

The transparent box I'm using to store the base and car in one of the picture is bought from here: https://shopee.com.my/Tarmac-Work-Protector-tarmac-box-i.13932494.1598531194
