3D model description

I needed a desktop radius guage for when i roll sheet metal, so decided to create this. I had too much time on my hands so used my limited modelling skills to create a guage that can sit next to our 3 in 1 sheet metalworker machine. The mk1 took too much time to print so i thought i would put lots of different sized holes in it for speedier printing. Hope this helps someone check the end of radiuses.

PLA (glow in the dark Anycubic PLA)
0.2-0.32 Resolution
200Β°c Hotend
60Β°c Bed
Infill 7% Gyroid is best pattern for strength
50-70mm/s
No supports needed

This is a big jig model 200mm x 200mm so i had to turn off skirt on the bed build settings for it to fit on the print surface.

Prints around 9-10 hours
