3D model description

I was having clogging problems when finishing the assembly of the Prusa Mini from Fysetc and I found that there are similar devices in some creality that prevent the ptfe tube from separating from the heatbreak or nozzle and thus the filament ends up leaking and causing a clog. I used some of those models but none of them worked for me so I made this one from scratch.

In my case I made use of the heatbreak that comes stock in Fysetc, I don't know if it will work for other models.

1st Pull the ptfe tube out of the hotend and remove the quick connector. Make sure the hotbreak looks clean, otherwise you will have to disassemble and clean it.

2nd Cut a piece of ptfe with a length of 38.80mm. Try to have both ends cut at right angles and if you want on one of them countersink it and thus help the entry of the filament. Insert the non countersunk side of the ptfe tube into the hotbreak as far as it will go.

3ยบ Insert the part into the hotend with the side that has the best finish facing the ptfe tube. Make sure the part looks centered with the ptfe tube.

4ยบ Place the quick connector and screw it on tightly but without forcing.

5ยบ Place the ptfe tube from the extruder into the fitting as far as it will go.
