3D model description

The Mega Pusher was designed to push bullet nodes into 10mm Matrix Panels. This was expanded to include 4mm, mesh and square nodes. It was then expanded to push nodes into Coro props, 10mm or 4mm. The design is mounted on a 1x6 x 30” long wood board and uses a curtain rod with the ends cut off. It is important to drill holes parallel in the curtain rod, all holes are ΒΌ inch. The thicker pipe goes to the tower. The hole that matches the tower should be widened, or oval shape to allow movement of the rod side to side.

There are two towers Sr, and Jr. The Jr. tower is used for most projects. The Sr. tower is for using the pusher with a 2x4 framed matrix. If using the Sr. tower, the Sr. extension will need to be printed. The frame jig will need to be tightened so it does not move easily. However, if there is a gap between the frame jig and pipe a washer needs to be inserted to fill gap. If not done the frame jig may break when tightening. The bolt on the tower is not tight but, only keeps bolt from coming out.
PRINTING – Tower, jigs and jig frame are printed at .3mm layer height, top, bottom, wall line count is 9 (this important for strength). Infill density is 75%, maybe be more than needed but strength is important in the towers. The bases are printed at .3mm layer height, top, bottom, wall line count is 4. Infill density is 30%. You will also need:
8 - #8 x 5/8" Phillips Pan Head Wood Screws
5– ΒΌ inch bolts 1 Β½ inches long with nuts and 4 washers
2 – ΒΌ inch bolts 2 Β½ inches long with nuts and washers
Something to use as a spring – Pictures show extra large binder clip. Hole drilled through one side to enable screwing to wood board.
