Here is my second new solution with extensions for the bad spool holder on the new ANYCUBIC VYPER printer.
Can also be used on all Ender3 models. Only disadvantage: Ender3 only has 200x200 to 220 to 200 mm
print area. The arm is too long for this

Here is my "all-round package" with 120, 135 and 140 degree holders for the common 2kg rolls.
The original holder can't even carry the 1kg spool rolls, it bends enormously. See dragonfly. Once again, savings were made in the wrong place.
Here is my two-armed holder with a holder bore of 20.2 mm for aluminium tubes with a diameter of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 2 or 1 mm.

Printable tubes are also included here. Their length is approx. 180 to 225 mm. The rods absolutely need support material. The arms are very torsion-resistant and designed for 2kg coils.

I have deliberately omitted the ball bearings. Overfull reels tend to unwind more than desired at the beginning. I have made this experience with the external spool holder, which I also offer separately here. I also work a lot with 2kg reels. I pay only 10 euros per kg for a 2kg roll.

Also new, there are spacer tubes for the aluminium tubes to hold the small reels more to the left, depending on the quality of the reels.

Blue parts are 120 degree arm, green parts show the 135 degree arm.

Hier mein "allround Paket" mit 120, 135 und 140 grad Halter für die gängigen 2kg Rollen.
Der Originalhalter kann leider nicht mal die1kg Spool-Rollen tragen, Er verbiegt sich enorm. Siehe "Libelle.jpg" Foto. Hier wurde wieder mal an der falschen Stelle gespart.
Hier nun meinen zweiarmigen Halter mit Halterbohrung von 20.2 mm für Alu-Rohre mit 20 mm Durchmesser und einer Wandung von 2 oder 1mm.

Auch druckbare Röhren sind hier beigefügt. Deren Länge beträgt ca. 180 bis 225 mm. Die Stangen benötigen unbedingt Stützmaterial. Die Arme sind sehr Verwindungssteif und für 2kg Spulen ausgelegt.

Bewusst habe ich auf die Kugellager verzichtet. Übervolle Rollen neigen am Anfang gerne dazu, mehr abzurollen, als gewünscht ist. Diese Erfahrung habe ich mit dem Externen Spulenhalter gemacht, den ich hier auch separat anbiete. Ich arbeite auch viel mit 2kg Rollen. Da bezahle ich für eine 2kg Rolle nur 10 Euro pro kg.

Neu auch, es gibt Distanzröhren für die Alurohre, um die kleinen Spulen mehr linksseitig zu halten, je nachdem, wie die Qualität der Spulen ist.

Blaue Teile sind 120 Grad Arm, Grüne Teile zeigen den 135 Grad Arm.

PLA, schwarz. Achtung, habe die Konstruktion auf 0,4 mm Düsen und 0,2 mm Layer Höhe ausgelegt, wie alle meine Projekte!
Wall 1,2 mm. Infill 20% und GITTER, reichen, Gewicht 70 bis 80g pro Arm
Print-Time 6-7 h pro Arm.

Beide Ausführungen können Diagonal auf dem Vyper gedruckt werden. Benutzt unbedingt die Funktion BRIM, da durch die Bohrungen nicht viel Haftfläche vorhanden ist. Die Arme neigen sehr zum "WARPING". Auch auf dem VYPER. Bitte unbedingt klebriges Haftmittel verwenden. Z.B bei Ebay.: Performance Haftung Befestigung 3D Drucker Heizbett + 96,6% Clean Heating Bed.
