My MDF Ikea LACK enclosure for ANET A8

UPDATED January 31/2017: It seems that there was some problem with the STL of the upper parts.
.- Repaired and uploaded upper parts.
.- Added the magnet and the door plate.
.- As moving the top was very heavy, I put some latches on the sides.

As in a big city like Barcelona, living in an apartment is the usual thing, I needed an enclosure that would reduce the noise, and since I am preferably working on ABS, I would keep the heat.
Looking for solutions, I found the Ikea LACK enclosures. Unfortunately, all are oriented to transparent plastic plates, which are especially expensive, at least in Barcelona.
They also did not convince me as noise insulators, so I decided to use MDF plates, cheaper and easier to find.

I paid particular attention to the solution provided by OmNomNomagon (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2685750/), so I contacted him, in case he had time to make some changes, but at full Christmas, it could not be.

So I decided to start designing my own pieces from scratch, using their inspiration as their own.

The size of the bases is 20 mm, and that of the extensions of 80mm, with which we raise the table 10cm.

The material, I got it at Leroy Merlin, that you can cut for free the MDF to measure. The one that I have used is:
Tablero MDF, Two boards of 120x60X1.9, cut to 50x44.5, 3 pieces, (with the remainder, I requested a cut of 55x55, for future use).

For the door, I used the so-called Plastic Glass, made of polystyrene, which is very cheap, and easy to cut with a cutter, which I have used is:
Vidrio Plástico, a board of 1x0.5 m x 2.5 mm, which I cut to 50x44.5.

The MDF boards are placed from the outside and screwed in from inside the legs and the upper clamping pieces, thus allowing to completely remove the assembly, leaving the printer exposed, to be able to operate it from all directions.

Although it was not necessary, he had planned to put a small neodymium magnet on the top right to ensure the door was closed.

To avoid vibration, and reduce the noise of the printer, I have placed a cut-off plate of CA-150, which I already had, of the insulation of the blinds of my flat.

Anyway, in Leroy Merlin, it is available: Panel de aislamiento acústico COPOPREN T CA-150 1000X1000X20MM.

** WARNING, the space that remains, between the right and left sides and the printer, is very small. It works for me, but maybe it's not what you expect.

With a small handle, some hinges, and a filament guide like this: Filament Guide Ikea Lack Table (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2643104/),I completed the enclosure.
