As if you were watching it using a telescope. JUPITER Lithophane. It is ready to print! This model includes a clip to hold the LED card.

This Cults model includes:

1. Saturn STL model:
   • Diameter of planet Ø 11.06 cm.
   • Diameter of the ring 26 cm.
   • Scale of model 1: 1,263,852,481.

2. Jupiter STL model. Diameter model Ø 13cm.
   Thickness 0.8-3 mm approx

ABOUT JUPITER MODEL

The model includes the next STL files ready to print:
1. Jupiter Globe (it has a little raft to improve bed adhesion)
2. Cover with a hole to install the LED board
3. Clip to secure the LED firmly
NOTE: Please use WinRAR to unzip the files.

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Unzip the files
2. Print all the files using the WHITE PLA of your favorite brand. Remove the raft from the globe.
3. Assembly the LED board on the Cover part. Make sure to use the CLIP to secure the LED board as the image.
4. Use adhesive to bond the parts (globe and cover) (cianoacrilato gel adhesive recommended)
5. Enjoy.

ABOUT SATURN MODEL

The model includes the next STL files ready to print:
1. Saturn planted diveided in 2 parts to print
2. Clip to hold the LED card
NOTE: Please use WinRAR to unzip the files.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To print this model it is necessary to have a bed of at least 270x270 mm.
It was printed using a 3d printer with a single extruder, BUT it is necessary to use black and white color to get better results.
**Print at least 4 layers with black color
**Pause printing and change the color to white PLA

Use the next settings: (Recomended)
Layer height 0.16 mm
First layer height 0.28
You can use this secuence to print both parts of the Saturn model
1 st Layer. Layer height 0.28 mm . Print it with black PLA
2nd Layer. Layer height 0.16 mm. Print with black PLA.
3rd Layer. Layer height 0.16 mm. Print with black PLA.
4th Layer. Layer height 0.16 mm. Print with black PLA.
5th Layet. Layer height 0.16 mm. Pause print and change to WHITE PLA, BEFORE THIS LAYER STARST.
6th layer. Use same configuration with white PLA until it finish.

IN CASE 2-COLOR PRINTING CANNOT BE DONE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE BLACK PAINT TO ENHANCE THE REALISTIC EFFECT OF THE PLANET. PLACING THE BLACK PAINT WHERE THE BLACK COLOR GOES ON THE MODEL.
Reagrding use of supports:
• Part1_S.stl Print without supports
• Part2_LedHole.stl Needs supports to print
• Clip80thick.stl Print without supports.

Other Notes:
The model is printed in two parts as shown in the pictures. The two parts of the model are glued together (cyanoacrylate gel recommended) once they have been 3D printed.

Put the LED on the hole and secure it with the clip (STL included) in order to make sure the LED will not move after bond the parts.
