3D model description

This 3D model was inspired by my girlfriend who loves to collect different gemstones and crystals. This shelf is the perfect piece to make your love for astrology and crystal powers come to life while you get to show off your collection! It fits perfectly with the theme. The moon shelf has two hanging holes on the back so that it can be mounted to your wall with two nails. The little shelves also have holes on the back so that they can also be mounted as you desire. They are also reversible-- this way you don't have to worry about accidentally printing it upside down.

Make sure that when you download this model that you scale it to your liking before you print!!! It will initially upload pretty small but it makes it easy to adjust to your liking. This way you have enough space (get it lol) for your items based upon your collection size. Once you have printed the parts to the same scale, they will fit together very easily and they can be stuck together using a strong glue.

You will have to print:
*1 "Big Moon" (this is the center piece)
1 "Diamond" (this is the black piece around the big moon)
2 "Full Moons"
2 White "Gibbous Moons"
2 Black "Gibbous Moons"
2 White "Half Moons"
2 Black "Half Moons"
2 White "Crescent Moons"
2 Black "Crescent Moons"

Note: The Big Moon will have to be scales slightly larger if you want it to fit snuggly in the Diamond piece. I chose not to when designing it, but keep it in mind if you want it to.

3D printing settings

Printed on the Ender 3.
I used PLA at a .3 layer height and 10% infill.
Bed temp was 60 C and my extruder temp was 210 C. This print does NOT require supports. Print with the back of the shelf down and with the shelf parts facing up.

*Note: All 3D printers operate differently and all materials print with different temperatures. This is just works for me.
