3D model description

Was Benötigt wird:
1x TP4056
2x Federn Länge ca. 22mm Durchmesser ca. 4,5mm
4x M2 x 8mm Schrauben
Lackierte Kupferdraht
1,5qmm Draht

I Designed this BL-5C and BL-5B Lipo Charger. My ABS Print does not come out good i recommend Print this in PLA. The loading module is a TP4056 for 1S Lipos and brings a load current of 1A but you can adjust down loading current by change resistance value.
The springy connection was realized with simple springs and 1,5qmm wire. The 1.5qmm wire is soldered together with varnished copper wire. I printed without support but you can print with support because there is a small insert for the loading module under the USB hole. With small hole for the charge level Led's in the lid.

What you need:
1x TP4056
2x springs length ca 22mm diameter ca 4,5mm
4x M2 x 8mm Screws
painted copper wire
1,5qmm wire
