3D model description

This design is meant to supplement the cord winding capability of the macbook power supply to allow for the compact transport of both the adapter and wall plug cords.

3D printing settings

  1. Use the MakerBot to print the 2 .stl files.
  2. After both parts have printed use an exacto knife or wood chisel to CAREFULLY remove the support material.
  3. Use sand paper to smooth surfaces, edges and corners.
  4. Pre-fit parts together and onto the power supply to insure proper assembly
  5. Use superglue to adhere parts together. After glue has dried, wind up your cord and transport.
