3D model description

Robotic arm gripper

Hi, everyone! I'm a new user and I would like to present to you my first design. This is a compact robotic arm gripper, which can be used in different arduino robotics projects and etс. The gripper can be fully printed except sg90 Tower pro servo kit (screws are included).

Assembly: https://youtu.be/p9QoT1iwVY4

Description of gripper:
- Maximum opening distance: 30mm

P.S. Sorry for my English, it isn't my first language.

3D printing settings

Designed for PLA. I can't guarantee that using another filament with a large shrinkage (for example, ABS) will give you an acceptable result. Perhaps, you need to use a hand file :)

You need to print the gear, the gripper's body and two fingers.

The gear can be printed without support, but other parts must be printed with support.

I recommend printing in the position that was originally set in stl files.

Nozzle - 0.4mm.
Layer height - 0.2mm.
Speed ~ 20-70%.
Infill - 25% (but the gear's infill 100%).

The rough print time:
- the gear - 10 min;
- the gripper's body - 2 hours;
- one finger - 1 hour 30 min.
