3D model description

Here is my full organizer design for The Lost Ruins of Arnak the boardgame from CGE. It's a partial remix from the excellent work of Unserfamily (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4740139).

My goal about this remix was to have a player's board with good visibility and easy storage of all the elements. The basic cardboard player board is often a bit of a mess.
Unfortunately, in the excellent Unserfamily layout, it was not possible to add my player tray and I think it's a shame to spend so much filament for items that stay in the box. The layout when you open the box is superb but I prefer the layout on the table. My remix allows me to use all the aesthetic game elements of Unserfamily and to add player trays and a more practical resource bank.

I also wanted the board to be easy to store in the game box, which is why I have separate items (compass token holder, coins and idols). The player's tray is available in 2 versions: full for printers with a large bed and cut in 2 (A+B) with a dovetail assembly system. It is necessary to force the assembly of the 2 but it holds perfectly afterwards and no need to undo them.

I am currently working on a more elaborate version of this tray with more textures and reliefs to go with the excellent work of Unserfamily. Stay tuned!

With this board it is possible to store :
* your card deck
* 5 or more cards from your hand
* your guardians
* your idols and converted idols (with associated points)
* a reminder of the idol conversion rewards
* research tablets
* your 2 adventurers
* your 2 assistants
* 5 resources (tablets, arrows, jewels, coins and compasses)

For the complete set up you will need to print all the attached files according to the number of players needed:
* 4x player board full (or A + B)
* 4x coins
* 4x compass
* 4x idols

  • 1x tokens bank
  • 1x research tokens
  • 1x player box

From Unserfamily, you will need to print this file :
* 1x assistant tile design
* 1x extra skinny box holder (with new dimensions : 125 x 40 x 20mm)
* 1x extra skinny box holder lid (with new dimensions : 123,8 x 36,5 x 2,8mm)
* 3x fear card holder (for fear, items and artifacts)
* 1x guardian tile holder
* 1x site tiles 1 holder
* 1x site tiles 2 holder
* 1x temple tile box
* 1x temple tile box holder (optionnal for better storage : put it upside down with new dimensions : 82 x 155 x 32mm)
* 1x first player moon staff solo player score pad blocking tiles and reserve tiles box

I printed the moonstaff in resin then painted it and preferred to use the fertility idol in Indiana Jones as the first player marker (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2311870)

For storage in the box, please refer to the images which show the arrangement. All is perfectly wedged for vertical storage.
